As everyday cyclists, we’re used to being glared at by drivers who neglect the “share the road” signs (and laws) as they shake their heads and fists and complain about our pesky presence on the road. Despite our best protests and attempts at logic reasoning, we’re repeatedly told that we’re holding up traffic and blocking the streets.
Well, one group of cyclists in Latvia got creative in celebrating International Car-Free Day and decided that when it comes to demonstrating just how much less congested the streets are with bicycles than cars, it was better to show than tell.
Behold, the bicycle-car!
