Your Mission
The CEO and VP of Sales are whip smart, extremely creative, product builders and deal makers but not particularly good at operations. We need a right hand wo/man to steer our fast-growing startup.

We’re looking at someone who turned down a gig at McKinsey (or didn’t even apply) because they wanted to change the world with a startup. You must be able to hold your own in a verbal exchange, think on your feet, project manage the whole company.
What You Will Do
You’re going to run the show and steer the ship. You’ll be a do-er, a systems builder, and a systems manager. You’ll manage the supply chain for product development, you’ll hire and manage the customer service team, you’ll make our fulfillment center run like butter, you’ll create an ecommerce powerhouse. You won’t know how to do all these things when you start, but you’ll be confident you can figure it out and make it happen.
Daily Activities Might Include
- Managing software developer to integrate a new e-commerce tool
- Recruiting and managing a team of social media interns
- Recruiting and managing an overseas customer support person
- Working with Mech and Elec engineers to develop our next product
- Manage a team of MIT Sloan students to develop a new product pricing strategy
- Anything else that comes up
Basically, this an awesome opportunity for entrepreneur to join a company in a cofounding role. In compensation for all your hard work, you will earn a startup salary, health insurance and stock options.
