In the summer of 2011, our friend's bike light was stolen. Riding home that night, he was hit by a car. Since then, we've been on a mission to empower city cyclists to bike with confidence, everyday.

Fortified is a collaborative team that invents, designs, manufactures, and distributes indestructible gear for city cyclists. Located in the heart of downtown Boston, we are building a movement locally, nationally and internationally.

Each one of our products is conceived and developed by talking to our customers. We hack, 3d print, and prototype obsessively, and then we launch a crowdfunding campaign to make it a reality. Our kickstarters are fun to watch:
